    Hello again
    Happy Spring, almost!
I noticed the little “flying squirrel” is back popping up constantly on Camera #3. It is so so busy!

    Hello from the UK

Me and my mum would just like to say how much we love watching the cams. The squirrels keep use amused for hours – we can’t wait to see a bear – do you think we stand a chance :)

We also want to see the foxes and a deer or two – if you can arrange it for us it would make our day lol

    Thanks again

    Julie & Maureen xx

What happened to the pond? It looks like the heater quite working.

    Hi Deerfeeder

At 4.35 AM my time which would be 3:35 AM your time; a Red Fox appeared on camera 3 and kept walking through cameras 2 and 1 at the back edge of camera range. It was very low to the ground and was very much intent on following a scent trail. It continued into the woods. A few minutes later a second fox appeared and followed the scent of the first animal. This was all in approximately 5 minutes.
    Nice surprise!

Hi Eileen, That sounds like a nice surprise I was wondering because someone said the other day they thought they saw a fox again. I think they don’t like the light, or they might come around more. We could put out hotdogs or something but then the dogs all show up, LOL. blgwd/Candace

I will make a $20 donation — please put some suet out for the birds! Thank you!

Just saw an older golden retriever trying to eat the food. Poor thing is hungry. Is it yours? He/she was a little grey in the face. Nice looking dog.

    • Deertrail says:

We have seen it out here before, but it isn’t ours. Came up to the house the first night time we saw it last fall, after taking a dip in the pond so must belong to someone across the road. We had a Golden Retriever once they are real nice dogs. Love water though, LOL!
